MICHIGAN HEALTH COUNCIL
The Michigan Health Council is a solutions-oriented nonprofit organization on a mission to develop a premier health care workforce in every Michigan community. They proactively address the needs of health care leaders, professionals, employers, educators, and students through various programs spanning the education to practice continuum. STRIDE is a program of the Michigan Health Council.
HOSA exists to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of high school, post-secondary and middle school students interested in healthcare.
MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is a principaldepartment of state of Michigan, headquartered in Lansing, that provides public assistance, child and family welfare services, and oversees health policy and management.
MICHIGAN PUBLIC HEALTH INSTITUTE
The Michigan Public Health Institute is a unique public trust – a non-profit institute dedicated to improving community health through collaboration and the use of state-of-the-art community health practices. From our offices near Lansing, Michigan, and in Washington, D.C, we help a broad array of clients to develop community-based solutions for complex health system issues and research needs.

The mission of Health Department of Northwest Michigan is to promote wellness, prevent disease, provide quality health care, address health problems of vulnerable populations, and protect the environment for the residents and visitors in our communities.
OTTAWA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
SEAL! MICHIGAN SCHOOL-based SEALANT PROGRAM
SEAL! Michigan is a school-based sealant program targeting second and sixth grade children. All services are provided within qualifying schools using portable dental equipment. This prevention focused program offers: screenings by a dentist or dental hygienist who will determine if the student has teeth that require dental sealants; sealant placement; classroom oral hygiene education; follow-up checks to determine the retention of dental sealants; and referrals for students that require further dental services.
OAKLAND INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE NETWORK
JOSLYN SMILE CENTER
Oakland Integrated Healthcare Network (OIHN) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) community health center offering comprehensive and integrated primary, behavioral health and dental care throughout seven sites located in Oakland County, Michigan. Services are open to all, regardless of ability to pay or place of residence. OIHN received designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center in May 2015.
The Jackson County Intermediate School District is an educational service agency chartered by the State of Michigan to work in collaboration with local public school districts and charter schools.
SMILES ON WHEELS
Smiles on Wheels is a non-profit organization composed of Registered Dental Hygienists operating under Public Act 161 and who are focused on providing preventative oral health care services in non-traditional environments
